Happy New Year! 2022 was a great year.

It’s hard not to think that 2022 has been Big Blue Whale’s best year yet. We continued to connect and grow with new clients from the commercial and events industry in our most successful run to date.

A move into the education sector last year has seen us work with a number of different schools and education facilities. We are thrilled to have left our mark with the videos incorporating our own style of flow motion. It’s been a great feeling to know that our video production has been getting noticed around the education sector with marketing teams getting in touch wanting to use our style to create video content as part of their marketing and promotional tools.

It’s not been a quiet year on the event front either. Our team has been filming and editing for 15 festivals over the summer. For a lot of these festivals we were booked as the main film crew to produce all their video content. It’s been great to add a few new names like Camp Bestival and Moseley Folk festival to our portfolio this year on top of some of our big hitters like Download, Wilderness, Latitude and Beatherder. We look forward to being back again with even more in the coming year.

We are raring to go for what is already shaping up to be a jam packed 2023. We’ll have many videos to share along the way but in the meantime here are our staff picks of 2022.
