2019 is the second year in a row we have worked with Lavish Design and after the success of last year’s video the scope for this year was expanded with quite a lot more work requested. This included the main highlights video for Lavish Lounge at the BBC Introducing stage, the performance video Hallowed by Imelda May and the Elders parade video.
With one man running the whole show this year it was a busy four days whilst the festival was on. We were supplied with a schedule of all the events taking place so there was no chance anything could be missed including the Lavish Lounge itself, various entertainment acts, free festival pampering, all the bands performing on the the BBC Introducing stage, sculpture installations, graffiti creation, pink sheep and more. Our camera operator knocked it out of the park.
For the various edits we worked closely with the client to ensure the narrative flow for Hallowed was on point. Creating the main highlights video we concentrated on creating an engaging video that covered everything the Lavish Lounge had to offer.
Once again everybody involved has been very impressed with the video content we have created. Imelda May’s response to her video was “F*cking yes!!!!!!” and her manager followed up with “It’s brilliant…”
The videos have been shared on social pages as well being featured on the client’s website. Bring on Latitude 2020!!
