We had the honor of producing the event highlight video for the highly esteemed VR World Congress. With attendees from all over the world, it was crucial that the video accurately captured the atmosphere and excitement of the event. The Virtual Reality World Conference is an internationally recognized event, and the organizers approached us after seeing our impressive work for Boomtown Fair. They were keen for us to produce a flow motion video that showcased the conference in all its glory.

The Big Blue Whale team arrived in Bristol a day before the Virtual Reality World Conference to capture the essence of the city with stunning timelapse footage and cinematic hyperlapses, setting the scene for the event. The team spent the first day with their actor, who skillfully guided viewers through the conference, while capturing attendees using various virtual reality technologies, engaging in talks, and enjoying evening parties.
After four days of filming, the real magic happened in the editing room where we seamlessly brought all the elements together into a cohesive and dynamic final product. It was an efficient process that delivered outstanding results.
Upon the completion of the project, the final video was launched online and was met with high acclaim from viewers around the world. The client was thrilled with the result as we were able to produce the requested flow motion video at a highly competitive price.
