Events highlight video for VR World Congress that is renowned worldwide. We produced the video to be used for future marketing purposes.
The event organisers got in touch after seeing our work for Boomtown Fair where we created a high impact flow motion video which they absolutely loved. They were really keen for us to create something similar for the Virtual Reality World Conference that is held in Bristol.Working closely with the client the team at Big Blue Whale put their heads together and came up with a narrative that incorporated travel and virtual reality elements that would guide the viewer through all that the conference had to offer.
The team arrived at Bristol a day before the event to capture timelapses of Bristol. We captured a number of cinematic hyperlapses to help set the scene and establish Bristol as a location for VRWC.The first day of the event was spent with our actor who guides the viewer through the conference. We also captured attendees interacting with each other, using different virtual reality technology, participating in talks and having relaxing at the evening parties. After four days of filming the next step was the edit where the real fun began. It has been efficient process bringing all the elements together.
After many hours working on the video it was launched online to praise. The client could not have been happier as we had managed to create the requested flow motion video at an extremely competitive price. The film was viewed by people from around the world and has helped cement VRWC as a key event within the virtual reality calendar.
“I absolutely love it! Huge big ups to everyone involved. It looks incredible”
